Booking payments & Trials:

A holding deposit of £150 is required to secure your wedding date this is deducted from your final balance.

Your Holding Deposit does not include payment for your trial. All trial fees are to be paid separately. Trial Fees are none refundable!

Trial fees are to be paid at the time of booking your trial date. 

All holding deposits will need to be paid within 1week of your enquiry to secure your date.  If your wedding date is within 3 months of your enquiry  the holding deposit will need to be paid immediately. 

Dates are given on a first come first serve basis. 

Requested dates cannot be held without a reservation fee, said dates will be open to other enquires in the mean time.  

Trials:

A trial is required before booking to ensure you're happy with your look and everything runs smoothly on the day.

All trials are held on weekdays between 10:30am and 4pm. Appointments typically last 2–4 hours, depending on how long it takes to finalise your look.

All Trials are to be taken place at the artist’s home studio 

If the bride arrives more than 15 minutes late to the trial appointment, a late fee of 15% of the booking fee will be applied to cover extended booking time.

We do travel to the bride’s location if required, travel time & travel fees will be charged as an additional cost. 

Refunds cannot be given on work that has already been carried out. 

Following a successful trial a 50% non-refundable deposit is required of the total booking. 

The remaining balance is to be paid 4wks prior to the wedding date. 

If your wedding is date is within 3 months of your trial date the full balance is to be paid within 24hrs. 

Eyelashes & Hair Extensions:

Eyelash application is complimentary during the trial but priced at an additional £15pp on the wedding day. Application of guests own lashes are charged at £15pp.

Hair Extension application is complimentary during the trial but priced at an additional £15pp on the wedding day

We offer a service to source hair extensions on behalf of the client. This service is charged at a flat fee of £50, which covers the time and expertise involved in selecting suitable extensions. The cost of the hair extensions themselves is not included in this fee and will be charged separately.

Makeup Embellishments:
We offer makeup embellishments and decorative items, such as jewels and pearls, which can be temporarily applied to the face and body to create a specific look. Pricing for these services is available upon request.

Cancellations or changes to your booking:

-Cancelling services anytime between your booking date and 3 months prior to your wedding date will require no further charge, any holding deposits paid will be retained.
-Cancelling services within 3 months of your wedding date will require 50% of the quoted balance.

-If you wedding date is within 3months of your enquiry 50% of your quoted balance will be required to secure your date. 
-Cancelling any service within 4 weeks of your wedding date will require 100% of the quoted balance to be paid. 

If you wish to postpone or change the date of your original booking a new reservation fee will be needed to secure your new date. 

 Postponements that are being made due to a wedding date falling within a government enforced lock down will be transferred the original reservation fee. 

Any bookings postponed to a different year may be subject to yearly price increase. 

If there is a considerable change to your booking within the 4wks of your wedding date we will do our best to accommodate your new date, if we already have a booking on that date we will do our best find a replacement artist however we are unable to issue a full refund.  

If there are changes to your bridal party by adding extra people on to your original booking they can only be accepted if time & resources allow, we would also require prior notice & payment. No discounts will be offered for these services.
